It took me quite a few years to FINALLY find a competent and honest custom bike shop. When I spoke with Scott over the phone he invited me in to check things out... I did...I came inot the shop to meet him and see his shop.. I was tired of working with lunk heads at some other shops... It was clear early on in the visit I found something good here. North Jersey Customs is it... Scott is it... I brought my bike in and the first thing that impressed me is that he said..."nice bike" now lets not go too crazy here as this already has a very good look. Scott was clearly more interested in making my bike better, not how much money can he make off me... I also appreciated the back and forth discussion on my thoughts and if they make sense or how his ideas may work... It's a collaboration with owner/expert and customer. I also needed a basic TUne up service and Scott handled that as well.. Not sure if it's a magical touch or what but I am convinced the bike has never had more power and smooth idle/acceleration since Scott worked on it... It's almost like a different bike... I'm very happy with Scott and North Jersey Customs and clearly recommend it highly...
