Here are pictures of some of our custom “One Off” parts that we here at North Jersey Customs have designed and machined in house. Our Build Off winner, “Defiant” showcases alot of our machining abilities. From the custom air cleaner to the 3D Foo Dog head, badges and so on, the possibilities are almost unlimited.

: Custom made 2003 Anniversary Edition handlebar clamp, machined from 6061 aluminum in 3 pieces to hide all bolts. Inlayed 2003 Anniversary Edition eblem in top cover. Anodized gloss black to match the handlebars.
