Here it is “Defiant” the winner of Fast Lane Biker Magazine’s “Tri-State Biker Build Off” held at the “Rally at The Rock” bike rally in Lake Harmony PA. Defiant was built specifically for the build off. The custom built bike took 3 months to complete.
